  We needed help getting an exterior door for our house & we asked a lady for help but she was just a cashier, and we asked the guy and he didnt help neither, so my husband asked the third guy he said that there should be someone over there to help us, so then he pushed the help button. Nobody came to help us at all!!! A friend from home stopped & told us that he told us where to go pick up a door. So you lost a sell & possible a customer for good. We dont even want to talk about the roofing shingles. Went to customer service and she had no idea what we were talking about. She wanted to talk about military personnel. We r on the phone now with Lowe's customer service, 15 minutes & still holding. You can contact us if you would like. I would like to hear your feed back.
